1.1 Intellectual Property

This website and its conditions are governed by French law.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV)

These CGV apply to all airport transfers, chauffeur services, private tours, parcel delivery, and property-related services provided by GO 365, booked via website, email, or phone.

2.1 Purpose of the Service

We provide:

  • Private airport transfers
  • Chauffeur-driven journeys
  • Private tours
  • Parcel delivery
  • Property management assistance

All services are private and pre-booked.

2.2 Prices
  • All prices are fixed and confirmed at booking.
  • Night, holiday, or special-event surcharges may apply.
  • Prices include vehicle, driver, insurance, fuel, and taxes.
2.3 Booking & Payment
  • 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Payment methods: credit cards.
  • Without payment, the reservation will not be guaranteed.
2.4 Cancellation Policy
  • More than 24 hours before pickup → 100% refundable
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show → 70% fee (30% refundable)

Flight delays are not considered cancellations; drivers will wait.

2.5 Changes to Booking

Modifications (time, address, passenger count) are accepted based on:

  • Driver availability
  • Operational feasibility
  • Possible fare adjustment
2.6 Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details
  • Ensure readiness at pickup time
  • Respect vehicle cleanliness and safety rules
  • Declare luggage quantity and special requirements

Smoking, eating, and illegal activity inside the vehicle are prohibited.

2.7 Luggage

Allowed luggage depends on the vehicle category. Oversized or additional baggage must be declared when booking.

2.8 Delays & Waiting Time
  • Airport arrivals: 60 minutes free waiting time
  • Train station arrivals: 20 minutes free waiting time
  • Standard pickups: 10 minutes free

Beyond this, additional waiting fees may apply.

2.9 Refusal of Service

Drivers may refuse transport if:

  • Safety is compromised
  • Passengers are aggressive or intoxicated
  • Luggage is illegal, unsafe, or excessive

No refund will be issued in these cases.

2.10 Insurance

All passengers are covered by professional transport insurance according to French regulations.

2.11 Liability Limits

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic jams
  • Accidents
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or road closures

Compensation is limited to the cost of the service in question.

2.12 Disputes

In case of a dispute, parties will seek an amicable solution.
If unresolved, matters fall under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce nearest to the company’s address.
